This beautiful community overlooks Back Cove on Baxter Boulevard, a picturesque bay bordered by a bicycle, walking and running path. Princeton on Back Cove is very close to the historic Old Port area on the waterfront which features great local shopping, museums and delicious restaurants options. The Old Port area hosts different events including: Maine Restaurant Week which allows you to try different restaurants throughout the Old Port at a very reasonable price. Art Walk is a very popular event. It is hosted on the 1st Friday of every month; they close a couple streets to permit local artists to display their work. The community is also close to hiking trails and beautiful beaches including Willard’s Beach and East End Beach. In the spring and summer time Princeton on Back Cove offers a ‘Rent a Bike’ program which allows residents to rent up to two bikes to explore the city! Also, the community is not far from interstate 295 which allows for easy commuting and exploring the beautiful state of Maine!

with heat/HW/sewer and trash included. Each apartment has windows on three sides to make sure you get every dimension of our memorable views
. All our apartment homes allow cats however we do have specific dog friendly apartment homes.
The Princeton on Back Cove community is very close to local colleges
such as University of Southern Maine
and University of New England, Portland campus
Within walking distance from the community is Hannaford’s food store, Trader Joe’s, CVS pharmacy, Wash Tub 2 (local laundry mat) and Mister Bagel which is a local coffee and bagel stop that all our residents and employees enjoy! A couple other favorite restaurants close to the community include: The Great Lost Bear, Stavros Pizza, Brealu Café, and Bayside American Café.
